What time is the last entry?
It is recommended to take your seat five minutes prior to the concert at the latest, which is generally at 19:55. In case of a late arrival, the availability of your seat cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to have an ID?
Yes, you need to have a valid ID card with you at all times.

What am I not allowed to take with me into the concert?
At all venues, it is usually not allowed to bring any alcohol, food and beverages (unless you have documented health reasons), bottles, pressurized objects, containers of all kinds (glass or PET bottles, cans etc.), narcotic drugs, oversized luggage, weapons, sharp objects, any kind of cameras, audio and video equipment, explosives, flammable liquids and binoculars. It is not possible to carry perfumes, lacquers or deodorants in a spray over 100 ml, baby prams, bicycles, scooters and other transport vehicles or sport equipment and other dangerous items that could cause damage to health or property.

May I enter the venue with a reduced-price ticket without a card that entitles me to a discount?
No, upon entry you will be asked to provide a valid card that entitles you to a discount. Please carry it with you at all times. In case you do not present the card, you will be asked to pay the full ticket price in order to enter the venue.
